City of Lancaster, South Carolina Hosts Representative of Singapore in Demonstration of SL-RAT Acoustic Inspection Technology
On Friday December 5th, the City of Lancaster South Carolina graciously hosted Mr. Chee Lin Koh of Pipeline Assessment & Services Company – better known as PASCO. PASCO is based in Singapore and is actively evaluating the SL-RAT acoustic inspection technology for deployment with Asian wastewater utility operators.

InfoSense, Inc. is a technology-driven C-corporation spun out of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to commercialize a promising acoustic inspection technology developed by a faculty member. Our patented technology uses sound waves to non-invasively detect blockages in sewer collection pipe. The innovation of the underlying technology lies in the fact that our product uses an active transmit and receive process to assess pipe blockage conditions as compared to the reflective nature of similar applications such as SONAR.
